Generating Genius

Generating Genius work with young people who are underrepresented in higher education and particularly in STEM; this includes any ethnic group who are generally from low-income households and would be the first in their immediate family to go to university.

The University of Leeds is working in partnership with Generating Genius to deliver STEM Masterclasses to sixth form pupils in London, while also inviting them to visit the campus in Leeds. The aim is of the project is to give the students an experience of university life and encourage them to apply to a university outside of their home town.
