With Insight

In 2022 The University of Leeds is partnering with With Insight, on their 'Insight2Uni' mentoring programme. Working with high potential black-heritage A-Level students in the local region, the programme provides support during the pivotal period of applying to university.

We have recruited 20 University of Leeds students studying a range of STEM subjects to mentor 40 Year 12 pupils in the Yorkshire and Humber region. The mentors meet their mentees online, once a month, from March until December.

In addition, the mentees will access subject taster workshops and meet people from across the university community to get the support they need to complete a high-class application to university.
