Our annual lecture for schools is sponsored by the Royal Society of Chemistry and aims to offer an entertaining look at an area of chemistry. This year’s event, titled Kitchen Chemistry, will be delivered by Dr Stephen Ashworth from the University of East Anglia and will be an exploration of chemistry that we can do in our own homes.
