Light Night 2015 is coming!
Light Night is an annual multi-arts and light festival which takes over Leeds City Centre on one Friday night in October.
This year they are celebrating our 11th annual festival. For one night only the city centre will come alive with over 50 spectacular light projections, exhibitions, installations, film, dance, music, theatre and street performances. Many of the city’s arts organisations and public buildings will be opening their doors late into the night as artists transform spaces into exciting temporary showcases of their work.
The 2015 programme will be released in early September on the Leeds Light Night page. The University will be offering several events, including turning the city cathedral into an indoor sun show, whilst looking at galaxies in beautiful detail and how they work.
