A series of 3 interactive workshops (60 minutes each) to inspire the next generation of engineers from a BTEC background to study at university by addressing existing barriers and demonstrating the value of having a degree. In addition to an introduction to engineering at the University of Leeds, students will have the opportunity to speak to current undergraduate students, find out about admissions and careers available.
Delivered by the STEM Outreach team, current undergraduate students and alumni, workshops will take place between Tuesday – Friday. The first two face to face at school/ college (or online) and the third at the University of Leeds at dates of your choice. All sessions should take place in one academic year with full commitment from the same students to engage in all three sessions.
Please book online and a member of the STEM Outreach team will be in touch within 2 weeks of your enquiry.
